Unless it's Corrigan-Spectre, then Franklin could very well solo. The rest of his opposition is composed of beings in the herald and skyfather class.

Fate is a lord of order. He can also warp reality on a univetsal scale and has access to some nasty artifacts in his tpwer.

Spectre cant even handle certain magic users with ease. WHat makes you guys think he would hanldle a pheonix of the white crown?

He cant handle Necron, had trouble with Nabu, beings possessed by the anti life equation, etc.

Dude the Phoenix Force is the biggest comic jobber in Marvel

Xorn managed to blow it up into a million pieces with an EMP, Galactus contained it and the Watcher begged him to release it, the Shi Ar have contained it, the Goblin Force has devoured it,

Hell even in AvX a gun that was built by Tony Stark and Hank Pym was able to blow it up into five pieces

And WCP is practically featless outside of reparing a lone universe
