Stellaris hyped herself up, as the first character, (or one of them) to use Celestial technology, but it really didn't amount to much in her appearances. Sure, she was tough, but, you know, "Celestial Technology" should have given here more of an edge.

Stellaris doesn't have many great feats. It was more about potential and how powerful she was through statements.
I'd like to think Aquaman wins, but if her suit really rivals the top heralds, then I dunno.
