I would think a Dr. Doom using all of his magic and technology efficiently would give this team a run for its money solo. Giving him some pretty decent help makes me say team 2 should wins the majority.

Doom was able to summon Mindless Ones to basically shut down the Mighty Avengers, sans Iron Man and Sentry (roster included Simon, Ms. Marvel, and Ares, though among others). Before that, his Mindless Ones were too much for the Fantastic Four.
