Team 1 wins if it's a mortal version of Valkyrie or something as Superwoman can tear some of those versions apart. Team 2 if it's a more powerful incarnation. I think Thor beats either and I'd give Valkyrie the win over Superwoman. Even Ultraman would have to be very cautious in that fight as she can gut him like a pig and is tough enough to take some punishment.

meh, he stopped her sword with one hand and dismissed her like she was less than nothing when he'd had enough. i really don't see what she did as being very impressive at all. especially since it was clear odin was trying to talk to her and seemed to not want to hurt her. don't think there is anything that prevents odin from being cut and bleeding a little so...decent feat i guess, but nothing really impressive, at least imo.
