Ultimator can only be defeated if you destroy all universes and dimensions in all times. That, or through 4th wall breaking.
She was also devouring dimensions (all of which full of nigh omnipotent beings) while the best thing Alien entity did, was universal.

Anyway, AE could summon She-Hulk, who beats up the writers until they pour dip all over ultimator and kill it.

AE did exactly what Sise-Neg did only using Reed's mind as a guide.
That said, since this is AE at the height of its power,
that then would be,
the AE, merged with the "Fires of Creation" (original Big Bang)
which makes the Past-Present & even Future.
(big bang was so absolute, Reed is responsible for the FF's powers)
AE offered Reed to join him in "godhood" into the Future and Reed declined.
AE should be the unofficial embodiment of all Marvel.
