An energy wielder with human durability outside of it vs. a character with the most plot device-y energy absorption weapon in the entire tier (well, save Mjolnir). I love the versatility of GLs. But this is, and has been the last 35 times it was posted, a bad matchup for the GL.

I consider Bill to be one of the most dangerous in the Herald tier. He not only possess one of the most powerful tools in MU but he doesn't hold back, at all. Bill will kill you without looking back or thinking twice. I don't see how a Lantern is beating someone like this. Bill stomps imo. Would like to add that he is one of the best characters that has been created.
