The list is sort of out of whack
But IMHO, he possibly stops at 3. I think WW has very VERY respectable TP resistance and that would be Xavier's only hope of beating her (because even if he was a vampire, her physical stats dwarf his).
Even if by some miracle he makes it past WW, he stops cold at Maxima.
