Sabers: This is a tough one to call as Depa fought Mace under bad circumstances, he neither wanted to fight her and he was exhausted- so her saber feats are difficult to quantify. Bulq is a master swordsmen and while it can be argued Mace wasn't pressed, his defeat of Tholme and ability to match Mace put Bulq as the best and most skilled. Asajj likewise has fought and defeated council members, fought against Anakin and Obi wan, and survived against Dooku. Team 1 takes it in sabers, in spite of how Aryn survived against Malgus. She lacks the feats to compete
Force: Both sides lack force feats with the exceptions of Ventress and Leneer. Ventress has collapsed ceilings, hurled trees, caused avalanches, whereas, Leneer has used incredible force speed to outpace Malgus, broken statues, and hurled stuff in the city (I can't remember what). Ventress's showings are slightly more impressive, but not by much. Bulq's force showings suck and so do Depas. No advantage is given here IMO
Skill: Bulq is a master of all seven forms reputedly and helped Mace develop Vaapad. Depa likely (though nothing suggests) may have been as well, and Ventress's knowlege of Makashi and her showings put her on a higher ground than anyone on team 2. Team one takes this, though Depa is likely a skilled swordsman as well
Verdict: Team takes this 6/10 times. Bulq is simply more reliable to make an adequate determination of his skill, as he's defeated Tholme and at least didn't die outright against Windu. Ventress as well has feats that suggest she can put Depa down, and while Leneer obviously has more than enough skill to kill Bulq in any number of ways, she isn't taking either of them on after Depa dies to her superior colleague Bulq. That isn't to say team 2 doesn't take a few rounds for the reason mentioned, Bulq's lack of force defense can easily be exploited.
