Depends what you mean...

If you mean if they could fill their shoes then sure mostly if they can call in a strange or pym for certain issues sure. They are certainly gonna have a tougher time though.

If that team has to cover the Xjerks and FF's rogues the answer is a definitive FU** NO.

They can work with the FF, X-Men and other teams, but the Avengers are no longer on Marvel Earth.
