Which Godzilla? All showings? I can see some movie Versions going down, and others dominating.

Heisei, and Giant Monsters Attack winning for sure as both have flat out resisted attacks design to mess with molecules or their nature of being.

I don't think he can depending on GZ versions. His best molecule manipulation feat was on a radiation poison human torch. Hardly the scale or size of GZ who has a massive healing factor and unique type of cell.
