Two of the first Jedi to survive a confrontation with the fearsome general. This time they are prepared and are well equipped to deal with the general.

Not to lowball the Good General or anything. But both these on their own would prove a huge challenge.
Alone Shaak Ti took on a army of magna-guards and was only beaten on corousant because she was obviously exhausted from running around the city and fighting said army Magna-Guards.
I don't know much about Ki-Adi Mundi, but if he alone dueled Grevious for as long as he did while exhausted. I'd imagine he would do better if he was prepared and fit for combat.
