If it is then im going to have to go with Hal. He is way too versatile and he has some great feats. I am not sure how he finishes bill, he will tho. It will not be an easy contest but Hal will triumph.

Ring bearers are always handicapped against the Hammer Bros. because of their energy soak. I don't think BRB is > Hal overall, but I do think he has a distinct advantage in a matchup. BRB 7 or 8/10.

I agree completely. Bill would get up in his face, and Hal probably wouldn't be able to hold him off for long.
