So the only difference is that he is on venom now? Did anything else change? Because if he one shot Lady Shiva he received a MAJOR power boost.

He beat her before he was on venom, he has some really good new 52 feats and most of them are before he was on venom so now that he is on venom its basically just an uber amped jason todd.
