1. Apocalypse has access to greater tech, but since it's not his own then it doesn't really make him smarter.

2. Not sure who is the better planner, but with the exception of self-imposed depowering/"Summers Bloodline Blast" I think Apocalypse has an almost impeccable track record.

3. Humanoid/Stalemate.
