I just haven't read much of her material, I read a few issues of JSA where she was beating down Ted Grant but that's it, never read any of her Birds of Prey stuff.

That's a tough question to ask because the attack has to come from all around her or multiple directions to affect the field. I guess technically a giant trying to step on you would be "all around" since his foot is much larger, but at the same time he's still directly trying to step on her. It's not like a grenade or bomb going off in her vicinity.
