Telepathy.
When has Psylocke affected someone in mist form? Plus backlash ' s telepathy was powerful enough to put down Helspont. They both cancel each other out in the TP department.

She doesn't usually go all out in the TP department. When she fought Daredevil, he got the best of her in HTH. When has Pslylocke dealt with someone like Backlash? Backlash also has TP, TK, super strength, speed, mist, and psychic whips with longer range than Betsys.

His got some kind of defensive TP barrier that cause extreme mental pain feedback against someone pry'in on his mind - a Telepathic attack would be disadvantageous to the opponent.
Pre-kherubim Backlash would pretty much own Psylocke 10/10.
Kherubim Backlash beats Psylocke 7 out of 10.

What's the main difference between pre and post Kherubium? Is post the one that hardly used the mist attack?

Pre - before his full kherubim gene took over - regenerative healing and unlimited use of mist form.
Kherubim - when his bloodline took over and merge with gen-Xfactor - limited use of mist form, slow'ed healing, upgraded physical stat and psi whip.

Or he doesn't. Psylocke TK is superior to his.
