Marvel Team-Up: Spider-Man and Hawkeye vs ?
Spider-Man and Hawkeye have met on many occasions and sometimes even teamed up together.
But how well do the two really work together? In a straight up, no prep fight in an evacuated city block, who is the most powerful opponent they could take down together that neither could defeat by himself?

I remember reading those books. Ah, memories.
To the OP question: equal to anyone Spidey could take by himself, certainly. And thats pretty high up there.
Hawkeye's a consummate team player, and has a terrific ranged attack arsenal. Together, he and Spidey can cover and compliment each other really well.

That's the thing with a team up like this - Spidey alone can take on quite powerful guys. But as you say Hawkeye does bring the ranged attack and is a team player. But it's still hard to think who they can stop that Spidey can't defeat alone. Maybe a flier of some sort.
