ANH Kenobi>Qui Gonn.
AOTC Kenobi>ESB Luke (mostly due to how terribly badly trained Luke is at that point. He just doesn't have the experience he needs...yet.)
Since Kenobis are Soresu types, however, ANH Kenobi will prove more valuable then his young self.

Qui-Gon would likely take out Ben Kenobi. I think AOTC Kenobi is underrated due to him being completely owned by Dooku during their first encounter. However, Kenobi was tired from the battle that had previously taken place so I think a fresh AOTC Kenobi would do pretty well against Luke. So Team 2.
