Team 2 stomps. Strange before secret wars was channeling above Herald power...during secret wars, he became even more powerful. Add in the rest and this isn't fair.

Marvel wins overall battle due to Strange and Surfer. If we are talking individual battles then.

Bata vs. Panther-Panther. Pretty much same character except Panther has better stats.

BM vs. Superman- I always give the nod to Superman when facing other herald lvl characters. Cept for Thor or Surfer.

G.L vs Strange-Strange. In a short fight.

Carol vs. WW- WW 3 pieces her.

Flash vs. Spectrum-Not sure what he can do to her energy form but probably Flash. This is assuming itsnit Black Racer Flash Then he solos.

Namor vs. Arthur.- Namor in a hard fight
