Hmm. Scourge, like Vader, should be capable of some minimal resistance, Wrath II as his superior should be able to do slightly better.
Not sure if that's enough though. Malak doesn't contribute much, and how much Cipher Nine will add to the fight, depends on how Yoda will act. Cipher is pretty much Boba Fett in combat efficiency, but... you know, it's Yoda we're talking about.
I would probably support Yoda for a slight majority.
