Can't see the image, but I'm assuming these are the trans from the JLA/Spectre soul war. If so, they/it should win. It was beyond the Hal-Spectre's power who at that point was unintentionally creating universes. They're considerably above Agamotto.
The trans were basically a collective consciousness who were the embodiment of an entire cosmos (the imaginal realm, where thoughts can be turned into reality, creating alternate realities even). When the JLA/Spectre entered their realm, the trans were literally the planet that they were standing on, the stars, the creatures, everything.
