Ares is underwhelming and Luke generally performs will against these brick types. For instance Luke has done better against Namor than Ares has.

Luke has an unholy amount of skill and experience with fighting other bricks, but ares should be far above him and when he came back to life, he got some nice feats against other bricks. Undecided for now.
