hmm, i may be crazy but i think he could potentially clear this....he will at least make it to 4. 'classic' he-man would clear it for sure, imo. current is a little more difficult to gauge since i've not seen as much of him. digi?
He has a few feats in the Eternity War, but I understand what you mean here. If he could make it through these guys, wouldn't that place him in the Mid-High Herald tier? Hercules after all would have his hands full with this gang.
