Terra

1. First fight is a random encounter in New York city.

2. Otto will have access to all his gadgets and men during his Spiderman run.

3. Third fight with 24/hr prep for Otto.

1. If we accept Superior Venom's showing as a legit display of his power level and not a massive jobbing on the part of Avengers (Cap had to call for back up and was asking for all available Avengers, that's how badly they were getting owned) then SpOck will give Titans hell before losing eventually.
2. Otto had giant robots and an army. But they were mostly fodder so Titans should take this.
