Zilla is a no factor.
Before the "he stopped a train" or "threw a 60 ton whale" comments come in.
Godzilla is 90,000 metric tons and has point blank tanked nuclear blast and survived several extinction level events in canon and Hancock has zero feats to support he can reach that level of damage output, little lone surpass it.
That being said, the likely hood of Godzilla actually connecting with a single blow is minimal at best.
Stalemate or Hancock wins due to at least being able to kill Zilla.
