Nightcrawler. Spider-Man has the better stats but his Spider Sense wasn't as good as it should be. NC should be able to teleport behind him and stab him easily enough.
Wait is this h2h or does NC get his sword? If it's h2h I'm not sure NC can win
Well X2 Nightcrawler at least had a knife. But yeah, once he starts teleporting Spidey is in slow-mo, and he can knock him around at least. Worst case scenario he teleports him a few miles straight up and lets him fall.
Spidey activates the parachute. NC sees him floating safely down. Ports back up and takes the parachute. Both of them have been shown porting dozens of times without even getting tired. It wouldn't be hard to just port him back higher again.
