- Pure melee fight. No gadgets or ranged weapons allowed for either.
- Win via KO/incapacitation.
Round 1:
No flight for Tony.
Round 2:
Flying is allowed for Tony.

It's competitive in the first, a stomp in the second but either way Hulkbuster is (based on Civil War) a level above Giant-Man.

This would be a lot of fun to watch on the big screen with the Russos directing.
Don't know about Round 1, as Shadow pointed out that Tony is going to be punching Scott's toes and ankles all day long.
Round 2 = a solid win for Tony. Flight to the face + jackhammer punch nets him a win.
