IMHO, the Worthy take it. Nul/Kuurth/Nerkod are just too much. All of the Worthy seem to have some sort of mental protection so one of the Exemplars most powerful members, Bedlam, is hindered here. Physically Nul can take on even 8th Day Juggernaut. Kuurth or Nerkod would be more than a match for Stonecutter.
The remaining Exemplars are a lot less impressive than the remaining Worthy. Carnivore/Conquest/Decay are straight up garbage. Decay is the most useless because his death touch won't work on immortals like the Worthy (it didn't work on Thor or Hercules).
What say you guys?

Just a quick question, what do you think of Nerkkod? This dude took on and beat the full team of Alpha Flight till Guardian BFRed him to save their @$$. He took on and was doing well vs the Defenders (Strange, Surfer, Namor, Mutant chick with disintegration powers forgot her name, and Lyra She-Hulk) till Serpent summoned him for the final battle. He was one of the few Worthy still up and fighting right till the end when Thor killed Serpent and Odin took their hammers.
I don't understand why he gets no respect.

He was beating the shit out of Alpha Flight and the Defenders. Surfer said he was wielding power unlike anything he faced. In the same mini, the energy Surfer was sensing from each of the hammers, was Cosmic level (Greater than Stars or something).
That's a crazy good track level. They don't even beat him. They temporarily inconvenience him through specific disintegration of his hammer arm, and it heals harmlessly. Orm, even Mera has raped the JLA with some weather powers. Nekrod is an Atlantean^4.
