Hard to tell, really. Dooku was hard-pressed by Opress and Ventress, clearly inferior combo to Maul and Opress. On the other hand, Kenobi alone was able to hold them off and he defeated Savage at the end. And Dooku had at least a two great showings against Anakin and Obi-Wan, superior combo to Maul and Savage.
Well, another thing is, that Savage powers were somehow retconed, he became canonicaly stronger since S3 to S5, but his showings are far inferior.
lets not forget Tyranus' showing against the Nigtsister assassins, his spamming of Force Lightning doesn't bode well for either brother also, we have seen how easily they both go down to that sort of attack. This is a solid Dooku win in my books

Even canon Dooku can take this if he wastes no time in the beginning and drops his overconfidence.
Maul would likely not sense Dooku until he walks into the throne room. The mandolorian guards get ragdolled as before, and one of the Brothers gets seized with the force and decommissioned as RotS Kenobi experienced.
This is a large starting distance. Dooku has plenty of time and room to work with to ice these sith wannabes.

I think it’s fair to assume he’d find an opportune moment to do so if he was able to with Kenobi while also fending off Anakin, a superior combatant to Opress.
It'd be harder to find that opportune moment when he's worrying about being pummelled by Savage, let alone dealing with Maul at the same time. Styles make fights.
In the event he does throw Savage, it probably wouldn't do much thanks to his insane durability.

Savage's technique is incredibly sloppy and pretty much doesn't exist aside from power attacks. Dooku's Makashi was created to exploit such weaknesses. If Kenobi, a non-Makashi user, exploited Savage's sloppy defenses on more than one occasion, I have no reason to believe why Dooku couldn't do the same even quicker and more lethally.

Exactly. Kenobi's Soresu is nothing like Dooku's Makashi. Despite his style not being oriented around exploiting technical flaws in an opponent's defense, Kenobi still managed to do so to Savage. If an amateur can do it, no doubt that a master would with ease.

Savage indeed shown himself as sloppy fighter. Even Adi manage to kick his knee, and if not her lack of power, she perhaps could even broke it. Then, against Obi-Wan, he did that same mistake twice. That cost him an arm and screwed Maul's plans.
That was against Obi-Wan. Dooku already shown, that his physcial attacks are much more dangerous, then Kenobi's. Dooku was able to stun Anakin for a few seconds with a simple kick nad nearly broke Kenobi's ribs.
And Dooku's duel with Opress in S3 shouldn't mean that much. S3 Savage was cannonicaly inferior to his S5 version, but was able to overhelm Dooku and Anakin/Obi-Wan at once. In S5 Adi gave him a good fight, and Obi-Wan alone bested him, while he had Maul on his side.
