Rules:
Jason has machetti and Spear Gun. No Jason X body.
Crow is composite host version, all powers basically the same, and armed with Sword and hand guns.
Winner is whoever is possibly KOed for the 10 count.
It is kind of a case of the unstoppable force vs the immovable object. The Crow got the fancy moves but Jason is just a full on Monster. Especially in those Wildstorm Comics.

I like this match up myself. Strength wise, I feel they are close enough, with Jason edging it. In healing, I feel Crow has better regen and more consistent regen. Both can tank insane damage though, I mean Crow shrug of hit by a train and building busting blasts and Jason has shrug off grenades to the face and building busting blasts. Crow has edge in speed and skill though. Another advatage may be Crow's empathy ability via touch, to stun or surprise Jason in close combat too.
So fun match up IMO, make a great crossover comic or mini movie. Man murdered by Jason, comes back as a Crow to seek Vengeance. Shit would write itself as a slug fest.

The Copter was meh as he stabbed the driver. Head and torso feat is good one, but even better in the comics Jason lifted a car. The back end anyway, well over his head. Though Crow best strength feat is also flipping a car over in the comics too.

This could make a good comic story. Some one comes back as as a Crow to take on Jason (who is kind of a reverse/negative crow himself in a way) for killing them and or a loved one(s).

Yep. Got a few copies of that. Lotta Dark Poetry in that..but still fun. And closest we could have gotten to this movie would have been with Michael Myers actully, when both franchises were under the Dimension Roster.
