based on nothing as he’s never tried on WB. Just using the control rod alone without the Q bands Annihilus drained the quantum zone energy from the Qbands and was about to drain the whole nova force from Nova. He had no problem draining asgardian life force -Odin force in the past.

Okay so we have the most powerful version of the Hulk who was capable of solar system wide destruction, and he's supposed to wait for Anni to attempt a power drain on him? Did I mention that he was also one of the most intelligent versions as well? From the perspective of how a real fight should go, the. Hulk at those levels could clap and erase every single other character in this thread.
Oh and a pretty powerful energy draining character tried and failed miserably when he attempted to drain this Hulk. Arm'Cheddon was able to drain the Surfer with ease and manipulate his power.
Thor without the power stone is capable of causing solar system wide damage. And the power stone has infinite power so if used correctly anybody using it should be more powerful than literally everyone in that universe.
