Deathlok stomps the absolute **** out of Winter Soldier. This isn't even close. Deathlok's faster, stronger, tougher, and his plasma cannon would likely kill Barnes in one shot.
I'm using Michael Collins Deathlok, as I've always thought of him as [i]the[i] Deathlok. That Deathlok could lift 85 tons, with the potential to lift up to 150 tons, and was supposed to be able to run a little over 100 miles per hour. While some will argue that that's travel speed, it's different than flying and should still count as hand and limb speed.
