going by gorgon's initial appearances i'd take him for sure. temugin has limited appearances but was fairly impressive from what i've seen. i'd place him in the shang chi class for sure. based on gorgon's early appearances i think it was clear he was fairly well beyond that level. his speed and skill made mockery of logan and elektra who seemed like nothing to him.
his later appearances mitigated that a bit--especially his go in the dark avengers. still, assuming gorgon at his best, i'd def take him for a high majority here. factoring in ALL his showings, it's certainly closer but i think i would still side with gorgon just based on the number of showings. interesting match up though.
