Giant Man has 100 ton invulnerability. Banshee would have to copy a page from Nimrod with sonic beam. To be able to make a sonic that advanced he’d have to come out of the ice like Captain America.
If he can suspend animation in sound then sonic beam he should be able to kill Giant Man but such a feat is level 10 difficulty.
