They both start in the heart of China and as soon as the bell ring, they have to locate and take out Bruce Banner. Who finds him first? Also, let's pretend that Surfer knows nothing about Bruce radiation energy. He doesn't know Bruce at all in this scenario.

No destroying the planet in this scenario or the city. Nothing. The goal is to find Banner and Banner only.
