I love those beams. They're arguably the best eye beams in all comics. Imagine using them to follow your opponent to the ends of the galaxy and frying them once they tire of running away?

Neither are overrated. Speed Steal does tend to get bandied about a bit more than the beams though as being a super "kill all" button, though.

I don't see how speed steal is "overrated" being able to completely freeze your opponent while you do whatever tf you want to is pretty much a /thread powerset.
