Nate as Shaman was a planet destroyer, hopping through dimensions and time. Hyperstorm a high level reality manipulator, at the very least planetary. Same goes for Psi-Lord. New Sun killed his universes Apocalypse, Phoenix, and basically wiped oud everyone on the planet instantly without breaking a sweat. Phoenix whooped Galactus.
