I haven't seen the teeny bop soap opera Arrowverse show, but based on my readings from wikis, CW Anti Monitor needs a physical body to exist. Doctor Manhattan does not. I'm pretty sure Jon can control antimatter just as well as regular matter, and there is literally no way to destroy him. Even if Antimonitor manages to create tachyons, all those will do is limit Jon's foresight, which he'll probably enjoy. Manhattan is literally a sentient abstract quantum field that pervades all of existence. Neither live action or comic Anti Monitor can do anything to stop him.
