 Worried Exan Stress!!!!!!

I'm startin my preliminary exams on monday and am sooooo nervous about them. Anyone got any advice about coping with exam stress? sad

I've tried that lol, i've also tried throwing my books at my step sis. Next week is going to be murder, I share a room wi my step sis and she's grounded right now for dogging it (im the good child just so u know, I find you have more freedom if ur good) so im not going to have any piece to do any last minute studying!!!! AAAARGH
