Ruins of Dantooine

I just got my copy of this book...I probably won't get to read it for awhile, but I want to know your thoughts on this book....even in general the idea of basing a book off a game namely sw galaxies

Yes, the star wars galaxies game.....the massively multiplayer PC game....
I briefly read the back, It's about a imperial biochemical engineer named Dusque something or other who teams up with a rebel guy to chase down a holocron that has a list of top rebel agents deep inside the empire....
The book is by Veronica something with a really long last name....er hold on a minute

[SPOILER - highlight to read]:
It is a time of great turmoil. The oppressive Empire is close to seizing complete control of the galaxy. The ragtag guerrilla army of the Rebel Alliance fights on, striking wherever it can, but now something has come to light that could spell certain doom. Hidden in the Jedi ruins of Dantooine is a Holocron containing a list of high-level Rebel sympathizers. If that list were to fall into the hands of Darth Vader, the Rebel Alliance would lose its most valued support?and possibly the war itself.

As an Imperial bio-engineer who frequently visits other worlds, Dusque Mistflier is the perfect cover for a Rebel who needs to travel far and wide without arousing suspicion. And so she agrees to help Rebel spy Finn Darktrin in his quest to recover the crucial Holocron. Despite help from Han, Luke, and Leia, the mission is fraught with peril. And as their journey takes them into the fiery belly of the beast that is galactic civil war, Dusque and Finn will learn that the hardest part of all is figuring out whose side you?re on?and how far you?re willing to go to win. . . .

My uncle doesn't like it.

He says it's got too much love in it.

I finally got around to reading this book...it was good in my opinion....definately much better than Rogue Planet...and much better than several other SW books ( ie. Black Fleet Crisis)...however it has nothing on Zahn's trilogy or any of his books for that matter or NJO ....over all I'd say 7/10
[SPOILER - highlight to read]:
there were too many predictable points....but it was still interesting. The characters were a bit too carbon cut, but they were still likable/ hateable...

The plot was strange but that's to be expected
