not sure what you mean. i only know of software to read comics with. maybe somebody else will be able to help.

Nope.
I meant art type spftware for laying out Story boards, place dialog and thought bubbles.
Stuff to Help create a comic with.
Imagine sofware in shich you could scan your own art. Change the size, adjust the colors and insert it into a story board you created before hand. To create a comic.

Probably some video software, like editing software. Premier Pro (Adobe), not sure thou. What you have to do is go to a store that sells programs and ask around. Then see if you can get it with out buying *cough*download*cough*
