DoV Spectre vs. SBP (Since magic didn't work on him)
What would happen? I tried to search for a thread like this, but didn't find one.

It's not about magic. Spectre doesn't utilize "magic" persay. He just has a lot of authority in DC, his power derives from the Presence. The Presence is NOT magical in nature, the way Marvel has "Power Cosmic" is sort of what the Presence could represent in DC, only to a much higher degree.
The Presence is absolute dominion over every other aspect of DC's structure, the fact that the Spectre is backed up by presence means he can defeat any form of Superman easily.
