Road Runner in a landslide...
Not convinced? Let's look at the facts.
Doom is a genius who can come up with any number of great plans to fight and/or beat characters otherwise more powerful than he. Sound like Wile E. Coyote?
The road runner's very existence throws statistical propability out the window for a string of otherworldly good luck. One could confidently surmise that no number of plans will ever be able to defeat the road runner, since none (and there have been many) have ever worked.
Doom tries about a dozen plans...they all fail...he gets angry and ends up chasing the RR around. Runs off a cliff. The suit manages to keep him alive. But then a completely pointless and seemingly randomly placed boulder falls on his head as he holds up an umbrella to stop it. Death to Doom.
