Jim Varney.
For some reason I searched up those Ernest movies, because I haven't thought about them in about 8 years and I barely remember watching one. Anyway I found out he died 5 years ago! Jim had quiet a career than just the Ernest movies. Jim also played the voice of Slinky Dog in Toy Story. I say we give it up for Jim.

I met the old silent guy from the Ernest films. We met him at a Food Court in a mall and he invited us to dine with him as he gave me and my sister autographs (we were very young then).

I loved the Ernest movies, especially the Christmas and Halloween ones. 
I dont remember much else about Varney, other than Toy Story and Beverly Hill Billies.
