Well..Kyo can't be burnt by his flames, and he's so strong because of his clan..But I don't think he could survive Human Torch's flames, and Kyo couldn't really hurt him with his flames.

They are mystical flames, they should be able to hurt Torch.
Kyo's a far better fighter, but Torch can fly.
Kyo can manipulate flames other than his own also.
