Connections Between Harry Potter's gang and Jame's gang

More crazy threories are flying through me head, and this one I have to just let out. Ok, has anyone noticed Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Neville are a little gang, just like James, Sirius, Lupin, and Peter. James will connect with Harry, Sirius connects with Ron (I am still researching how those two will connect), Hermione with Lupin, and Neville with Peter. Now, Harry connects with James because, well, like father like son, and we have seen that. Hermione with Lupin because they are both intellegent and stuff, Neville with Peter because they both weren't very well in the "same league talent wise" as Professor McGonagall said, and Ron with Sirius, why, I am still trying to figure out the connection, but with those two being the leftovers, I pair them up, though I am still checking to see if I am wrong at all. (If you all find the connect POST IT!). Anyway, this leads to me thinking that Hermione, though this has been discredited a lot, might become a were-wolf (I don't know if this rumor has been put to a stop but I know that her being one was put to a stop, but her becoming one might still be in the air. If it is, I am sorry), and Neville might betray the gang like Peter did to Jame's and the others. Remember, people, this is a theory that I am now trying to confirm right or wrong.

i little something that kinda supports my idea of the connections.

He watched, as though somebody was playing him a piece of film, Sirius Black blasting Peter Pettigrew (who resembled Neville Longbottom).

That is from PoA page 213.

Well I thought it was good until you said Hermione could turn into a werewolf and Neville would betray the gang, because I honestly don't think that is going to happen. However both Sirius and Ron are incredibly brave, Sirius sacrificed himself for Harry in the MoM, whilst Ron sacrificed himself for Harry on the giant chessboard.

Right. And pay no attention to the Hermione being a werewolf or Neville betraying them, I haven't nearly got enough evidence to back those up. But everything else seems to fit into place. And now, thanks to you, I got a reason for Ron's connection to Sirius. But... But what is Neville finally unlocks his powers that I think were hidden by a memory charm. What if he would betray them just like Peter did. And who would the person be with Harry if he were to die because of Neville betrayed, since it would be the person he liked? And wouldn't that make it weird for Harry to go with Hermione because she is like Lupin? That is a shipper problem though and I don't want shipping in here unless it deals with the subject. And back to the subject on Hermione becoming a were wolf, I highly doubt it, but I will still research a bit on it.

Perhaps, but you must remember that Nevilles parents were pretty much destroyed because of Voldemort, and you saw how determined he was in both DA meetings and at the MoM fight to cause serious harm to the DEs. I just can't see him ever betraying anyone to Voldemort.

Yes, of course I can't see it either. But remember, Peter was weak and only betrayed Lily and James because he was afraid of Voldemort. So the same thing might happen to Neville.

I honestly don't think Neville is weak or afraid - he got the 5 points at the end of SS for courage, he was the second best student in the DA, and he fought valiantly in the MoM.

Finally got back in. I completely understand what you mean he isn't weak. And I thought he got ten points in SS.... Anyway, it was just a thought. So, who do you think will connet with Lily, for surely once we figure that out, we will find out who Harry will go with.

Ginny of course, she looks exactly like Lilly, and whilst Lilly stood up to James during his tormenting of Snape, Ginny stands up to Harry whilst he's raging about like a fool.

Well there you have it. The entire gang matching James' time.

Don't forget that Sirius and Lupin have a very strong bond, and I believe that Snape said about them both; 'Look at you two, arguing like an old married couple.' Ron/Hermione? I think so.

I know I said no shipping in here, but I agree. That makes perfect sense. To finish any other shipping in here, TheSun, we should present this in the Shipper thread to back our ideas up.

I always saw him as part of it. Besides, he is the only one that will fit Peter. I always thought of him part of the gang since book one. But you could see it as a different way. I just think he is part of the gang.
