Punisher Team VS. Current World Threats

If this group of marvel heroes/part-time villains were real in our world, acted outside the law, and neutralized threats in a fifth freedom perspective, paid tons of money for their services, and were like a tight knit dysfunctional family, would they own all the threats on this list?

6. Philippine Syndicate(Those f%#kers run everything down their)

7. Columbian Drug Lords

8. Mexican Drug Lords

9. Corrupt Military Officials

10. Corrupt CIA/NSA/FBI Officials

11. Cuba

12. Preventing wars by assassinating key targets in heavily
guarded/fortified areas

13. Preventing wars by abducting key targets in heavily guarded/fortified areas

14. And any other threat our current world has to offer

No, I'm dead serious. Would these heroes/villains be able to accomplish what the US government, the CIA, NSA, Interpol, Spetsnaz, and other world governments are failing to do now? Their acting outside the law, for cash or self interest, so they are considered mercenaries. They act as a dysfunctional yet cohesive unit.

Uhh...hell no..I think they'd have a hard enough time with the Taliban alone..any group who can hide away a 6 "7" dude with a long beard for 3 years have got to be a military geniuses. Besides, half of the peeps would end up turning on Castle and the Team for money. Mercenaries can never be trusted..
