Is Tom Cruise destroying his career with this Scientology crap?
Is Tom Cruise destroying his career with this Scientology crap? For the past 25 years the world has had a favorable opinion of Cruise, but not anymore. Now we realize that he is a complete "wacko". Now we know why Nicole Kidman left him. Now we know just how insane Scientology really is. I am not going to see, "War of the Worlds". I am going to see "Batman Begins" again.

The press used to make alot of money by loving Tom Cruise, now they can make money tearing him down. It's the american way. He is no more or less wacko than any other celebrity.
Really? She told you? That's amazing! You have an excellent career as an entertainment journalist. By making such a general assumption one could also say that Cruise left Kidman because she was a no talent, career leeching ice queen.
Was there any question as to the insanity that is Scientology?
You are not going to see a movie because you think that cruise is losing it? WOW, what a stand you are taking! You're a veritable Ghandi!
I'm not a huge cruise fan, he's made some really good movies, and some kinda crappy ones. But this whole media tear down of the guy and the sheep who have jumped the band wagon are a joke. If it makes you feel cool to jump on a trend of disliking an actor, whether you are aware that you are following the trend or not, that would make you pathetic.

so many celebrities are such scumbags but lets pick on tom cruise just because he's full of himself. lets beg the media to spend so much time covering an aging pretty boy's warped opinion, because thats what really matters in this world.
until he makes a superb scientology based film that was as magnificent and superb as battlefield earth...then i think his career wont hit its true peak
roll on battlefield earth 2 starring mr cruise as a giant alien....now that will push the boundaries of special effects to achieve that
We found out Cruise's true colors when the incident happened....
He could have laughed too, he could have said politely: "Please don't do that anymore, all right?"
Seeing as how apparently War of the World's is the largest opening for a film with Tom Cruise, is seems its not hurting his career to much. Still, I don't mind if he has a religion. But then I don't care about actors real lives, as long as he doesn't knock on my door one day asking me to join I'm fine with it all.
