I believe Namor tips the balance.

He's the only Uber-powerful hero there and he's very capable of causing damage to the opposing team.

The A-Team

Actually, I think Jenny Sparks is the powerhouse of this battle. It would need to be near a power grid, or in a city of some sort (actually, any electricity-powered bastion of civilization would do...it wouldn't need to be a city), but she'd fry the majority of the other team before they could do anything about it. Since she can 'become' energy, I don't see anyone on "Team-1" that could do anything to her before she electrocuted them.
