 Lina Inverse vs. The Tick

Now this would never actually happen, of course. Even if Lina somehow were able to meet Tick (highly unlikely) and he ticked her off to the point of violence (almost guaranteed!), she wouldn't hit him with anything nearly this strong. Obviously. But just for the fun of the classic problem of the irresistable force versus the immovable object ...

Lina hits The Tick with the Ragna Blade. What happens?

What about the Giga Slave?
